Refund Policy

ZetaBIM licenses are digital software licenses that take effect as soon as they are activated. Because every user can try the full plugin for free before buying, we do not offer refunds on purchased licenses.

Try before you buy: 14-day free trial

New users get a 14-day trial with access to every tool. Please use the trial to check that ZetaBIM works with your Revit version, your point clouds and your workflow before you purchase a license. Download the free trial.

No refunds after purchase

• All license sales (1 Month and 1 Year) are final.
• We do not refund unused time if you stop using the plugin before the license ends.
• Licenses cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.

Billing errors

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged for an order you did not complete, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will correct it.

Technical problems

If something does not work as expected, contact us or write to info@zetabim.com with a screenshot or a short video. We will help you solve the problem and fix confirmed bugs in a plugin update.

Changing computers

You can switch computers freely: just sign in on the new one. A license can be online on one PC at a time.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under the consumer protection laws that apply to you.
